DWL developed, wrote and designed a comprehensive curriculum to support NUL’s affiliates to offer career readiness programming. The curriculum includes a 400+ page facilitator guide with hands-on, engaging workshops in the following topics: Personal Growth and Self-Awareness, Effective Communication, Critical Thinking, Collaboration, and Problem Solving, and Career Planning, Maintenance, and Advancement.

Afterschool Coaching for Reflective Educators in STEM (ACRES)

DWL facilitated a virtual community of practice pilot of ACRES (Afterschool Coaching for Reflective Educators) program with program staff who were seeking to develop STEM facilitation skills. As the project evolved, the client invited DWL to continue the collaboration as a thought partner to develop and support the coach’s role and connect ACRES to national audiences.
