Program Quality Observation and Coaching

As part of a long standing partnership with National Urban League, DWL wrote, designed and produced a series of guides to support their Workforce programs. After disseminating the Career Readiness Curriculum and Participant Portfolios, NUL requested DWL’s support in onsite training, observation and coaching to help program sites implement Career Readiness.
