Afterschool Coaching for Reflective Educators in STEM (ACRES)

We supported our client, Maine Mathematics and Science Alliance, to design and facilitate ongoing small group coaching sessions that support afterschool educators to facilitate high-quality STEM learning experiences. Afterschool educators learn how to ask purposeful questions through hands-on activities and practice with students. Participants take video of themselves working in their programs and then share with the learning community for feedback.  A trained ACRES coach supports the learning process.
