For the past several years, Development Without Limits has worked with youth-serving agencies to help make summer jobs programs into dynamic and educational youth development experiences. We have a solid understanding of the needs and challenges of SYEP programs, and a commitment to high-quality work. Here’s what current client organizations have to say:
Development Without Limits has tremendous expertise in designing and providing
training for summer youth employment programs. Their efforts result in young people
having meaningful summer jobs that help prepare them to meet the challenges of a
dynamic global economy.

Development Without Limits listened to our administrative and programmatic needs
as well as the needs of our youth clients. Development Without Limits crafted a specialized approach to meet our education needs for our Summer Youth Employment Program for over 150 youth in New York City. Not only was the education curriculum engaging and tailored to meet mandated requirements, the staff that facilitated the education workshops were professional, engaging and an absolute pleasure to work with. Our education attendance rates increased from previous summers and youth retained much of the information delivered during these workshops. It was a great collaboration and we would recommend Development Without Limits to others.

New York State Office of Children and Family Services
For several years The After-School Corporation has successfully engaged Development Without Limits to provide trainings and materials for our summer jobs programs. Their team has designed creative and engaging workshops on a range of topics for hundreds of teens, and for the adult staff who work with them. Their trainings and materials focus on improving skills, but they also help kids build positive and professional attitudes towards the world of work.
