As Director of Capacity Building and Director of Regional Partnerships at Philadelphia Youth Network, Jennifer supported workforce development and career education efforts for youth across Pennsylvania. She organized statewide training and meetings and ongoing professional development through webinars and two interactive websites.
Prior to joining PYN, Jennifer developed and delivered instructional materials and trainings to afterschool providers across the country with the Center for Afterschool Education, specializing in youth development and youth-centered programming. Jennifer's work in professional development is grounded in her experience creating and leading nationally recognized youth programs at Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia. She is also the author of Integrating Teens into Your Museum Family, a publication for children's museum educators.
Jennifer holds a BA in Psychology from Gettysburg College and a Master's degree in Urban Education from Temple University.
