Development Without Limits will design, plan, and facilitate a retreat specifically tailored to address your organization’s needs, including helping your group create organizational and programmatic visions, develop goals and strategies, explore issues, and foster collaborative processes for your group.
Staff retreats are held at a beautiful camp setting just 60 miles outside New York City on the Metro-North train line. All food and accommodations are included, and there are facilities for teambuilding games.
Alternatively, we can arrange for staff retreats to be held at your program site if the cost of transportation to the retreat facility is prohibitive.
